Sales of "I Voted" stickers are done for now! Check back before the next election...Landon may offer another batch. :)
Landon Warbelow Casey, an 11-year old from Fairbanks, Alaska, is learning about civics and entrepreneurship by selling "I Voted" stickers ahead of the midterm elections.
Each order contains one sticker and a handwritten note (value: priceless). Shipping included! Landon is doing all work besides creating this online listing...including biking completed orders to the post office. His goal is to learn how to successfully sell a product, then use the profits to create a new product and/or invest.
Where did this awesome design come from? Residents of Ulster County, NY held a contest to design a new sticker for the Nov. 8th election. Hudson Rowan, a 14-year old boy from Marbletown, won by a landslide. The stickers will only be handed out in Ulster County, but Hudson also sells them online, which is where we got them.
Use code MOREVOTING for 20% off if you buy more than one sticker!
Landon is TS co-founder Caitlin Warbelow's nephew. TS is acting as the responsible umbrella organization, but won't be taking any profit. Landon expressed concern about copyright laws....it's our understanding that First Sale Doctrine applies. Since Landon's main job is to attend 5th grade, he'll start by selling 20 stickers. If there's demand, he may offer more. Questions? Email tunes@tune.supply.
MAKE SURE YOU VOTE ON NOVEMBER 8TH! :)
